In Memory of Coach Joe Sutton
The Minnesota Flyers extend our deepest sympathies to the family of Joe Sutton and our friends at Eagles Wings. Joe included everyone and brought genuine kindness and positivity to our sport and those in it. The Minnesota track and field community has lost a great father, man of God, person, and coach this year. We will miss sharing the track together.
...that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).

Due to student schedules, we have determined the most effective way athletes experience gains is via a 2-day per week training schedule. We have therefore modified all training plans and sessions to meet all performance needs within this time. We will continue to offer 4-day per week plans for anyone interested, and will continue to administer 2 on-site sessions per week. Complete focus remains on performance development. There is NO loss of quality or performance development with this modification.
